When we first started this podcast, we set out with a mission to talk about all things neurodivergence, mental health and trauma recovery. Through trauma-informed healing without the clinical sterile mask. And wow, we've been through it together. In our very first episodes, we talked about the brutal reality of survival mode. We looked at what happens when your nervous system is completely fried, and how hard it is to shift out of chronic burnout and into actual genuine. Regulation. Then we went on a deep dive into unmasking We talked about the heavy, ⁓ exhausting of hiding who you are just to make others feel comfortable. We may have laughed, we may have cried, as we looked at what it really means to finally come home to yourself. And let's be honest, we validated the overwhelm. We talked about those days where literally everything feels too loud, too bright, or just too much. We held space for the feeling of being too much in a world that often listens far too little. They were about stripping away the thick layers of shame and learning to look at our emotional wounds with radical, unwavering self compassion.
